Lawn care throughout the seasons

| A fire gone wrong, from a simple overlooking of blowing the leaves away first. |
It’s a cool Sunday morning, you’ve just had your eggs and coffee with your family before lacing up your shoes and preparing to head outside; ready to mow the lawn for the last time this summer, enjoying a nice peaceful trimester, until the dawn of a new one begins and it is time to blow the dust off that mower again. Right?
Perhaps you have a Sunday ritual, one that you guys follow every weekend without fail; when I was a kid my father, brother, and I, would each get a different job every weekend: mowing, weed whacking, and power washing and scrubbing the porch. Once we were done with our jobs we would throw some chicken and hamburgers on the grill and cook out and enjoy the day. As the head of my family myself now, I’ve replicated or adopted many of these practices to ensure we could have better quality family time together!
But know now, this wouldn’t change just because summer ended and school started back up. The yard was always in constant need of work to be done, just in order to upkeep a neat appearance. Although the jobs would change throughout the seasons, one thing would always be the same. It was a day for the family to do enjoy spending time together, when the weather got bad we would bundle up for movies all day or play board games until dinner time with cups of hot cocoa. I think that perhaps without that initial labor every Sunday morning, right after breakfast until completed, that we wouldn’t have otherwise had the family time together that we would afterwords.
Regardless of wether you care about how your yard looks or not, there are certain tasks that must be up kept in order to ensure the safety and well being of your family. The Frostay Chopper is capable of doing most of these tasks outside of its intended functions; find out today and maybe The Chopper could be a great fit for your family as well!
Fall tasks: raking leaves and ensuring there are no fire hazards before having any of those nice fall bon fires at night.
Winter tasks: shoveling snow and scraping any ice off the side walk.
Spring tasks: lawn care and recovery from the harsh elements of winter, preparing for a beautiful lawn in the summer once again.
